The NFL officially kicked off this week. However, if you're looking to stream the games live via Amazon, you'll have to wait a bit longer. Amazon won the rights to stream Thursday Night Football this year, beating out Twitter, which streamed the games last year. Amazon reportedly paid $50 million for the rights to stream 10 games. In contrast, Twitter paid just $10 million to do the same last year.

The deal makes it so Prime members can stream games for free - except not all of them. A few Thursday Night football games are special events, or exclusive to the NFL network.

Here's the full list of the 10 games you can see on Amazon:

Week 4 - September 28 - Bears vs. Packers

Week 5 - October 5 - Patriots vs. Buccaneers

Week 6 - October 12 - Eagles vs. Panthers

Week 7 - October 19 - Chiefs vs. Raiders

Week 8 - October 26 - Dolphins vs. Ravens

Week 10 - November 9 - Seahawks vs. Cardinals

Week 11 - November 16 - Titans vs. Steelers

Week 13 - November 30 - Redskins vs. Cowboys

Week 14 - December 7 - Saints vs. Falcons

Week 15 - December 14 - Broncos vs. Colts

Week 16 - December 25 - Steelers vs. Texans

If you're a cord-cutter and would rather not cram yourself in a crowded bar for the game, then streaming via Amazon Prime can be a solid alternative.

Worth noting: The internet is a fickle mistress, and when you stream the game you're at the mercy of your internet connection. Make sure it's a good one.
