The anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of garlic help in curing pain, swelling and inflammation in the neck and surrounding areas. You can eat raw garlic buds with water in an empty stomach every day in the morning to cure Cervical Spondylosis. You can also heat 2 to 3 crushed garlic buds in a pan containing mustard oil. Cool it and massage the affected area with the oil.
This too is rich in anti-inflammatory properties and improves blood circulation, so helps reduce pain and inflammation in the neck and surrounding areas. You should drink ginger tea thrice a day to cure the problem. Boil 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced ginger in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey and drink it.
Its anti-inflammatory properties help cure Cervical Spondylosis. Besides, it also increases blood circulation, which helps reduce muscle stiffness and pain. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of milk. Heat it for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool, add one teaspoon of honey. Drink it every day.
It is rich in calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc, phosphorus and vitamins K and D, therefore good for your bones. Heat some sesame oil and apply it on the affected area and massage for 10 minutes. Then apply a hot compress on the area. Do this at least twice a day. Try to include sesame seeds when you cook food as they help reduce pain anywhere in the body.
