If you feel sluggish when you sit down at your desk every morning, this quick mini-workout will get your blood flowing and your brain powered up. You don't even have to get out of your chair.

These stretches, from celebrity fitness trainer Shaun T , are a simple way to wake your body up so your brain can follow suit. Just do each of the five stretches for one minute each, then move on to the next. And because you're seated the whole time, you're a lot less likely to draw unwanted attention to yourself if you're worried about that sort of thing.
