This week Lifehacker India brings you a set of quick workouts specially designed for women. This workout can be completed from the comfort of your home, without any specialised equipment. All you need is 40 minutes and willpower to get in shape. The routine starts with 2 sets of 15 jump squats for warming up. It is followed by 3 sets of body weight sqats, 2 sets of lunches, 3 sets of one legged kick ups and 60 seconds wall sit. Finally, the workout is concluded with 3 sets of 'bird dog rotate' routine.
