For office workers especially, it can be hard to remember to move around. You need to

, but your work encourages you to sit still for hours at a time. If you have a FitBit, you can now set certain hours throughout the day where you're at a higher risk for too much immobility. During this time, if you haven't moved around enough in an hour, your tracker will buzz to remind you. It's a small change that can make a huge difference if you're the kind to get a little too sucked into your work.
