Follow Jeff Bezos' "Two Pizza Rule" for More Productive Meetings

A party without cake is just a meeting, but a meeting without free pizza is no fun at all. This is why I was happy to hear that the Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon, has a "two pizza rule" for holding meetings.

Unfortunately, the rule is not that there must be two pizzas in attendance, but rather that Bezos won't hold (or even go to) a meeting if two pizzas couldn't feed the entire group. It's unclear exactly how many people Bezos thinks he can feed with two pizzas, but it's a good way to keep the number of attendees near something reasonable, and keep everything a little more productive.

Also unclear? Whether Bezos actually brings two pizzas to a meeting. I hope he does-we know he can afford it-and it seems cruel to have all this talk of pizza and not deliver.
