HealthifyMe app has simple and creative ways to nudge you towards healthy living habits. It allows you to track your lifestyle including your diet, exercise, weight, keeping the Indian context in picture.
For example, the calorie tracker has options for Indian recipes and the calories they have. Another key factor that makes this app is the option to talk to experts like diet consultants, nutrition experts, etc. These experts track your statistics and offer suggestions and guidance to help you stay on track and achieve your goals.
We spoke to Tushar Vashisht, who is the co-founder and CEO of HealthifyMe, to know what are the hacks that he uses to efficiently manage his work and lifestyle. Here is what all he shared.

What's your workspace like?
At work we have a 'first come first serve' policy; so my desk keeps changing. But I spend a lot of time travelling, so I guess my work space is truly on the cloud.

What's your best time-saving trick?
Schedule it out and stick to it.
Procrastinating really fuels time wastage!
