The Multipurpose Gaming, Music, and Work Space
scruffycoxendale's home office is more than just one desk with a computer on it, although it's definitely nice. A quick look around the room shows off some other great gear, including a lovely record collection, a media server for the house, and more.
The whole setup is nice, and if you're curious about the specs of the machine he's using, scruffycowendale has this to say in the Imgur gallery (linked below:)
Just got the desk for Christmas from my wife! 2 Ikea (of course) Alex drawers in gray, with a Karlby 74" top in walnut. Very solid desk!
Audio consists of an X-Fi sound card connected to two sources. On the desk is an SMSL SA-60 amp with a pair of Dayton Audio B652 speakers. The Grado SR80e headphones are connected to the amp in the next photo.
The monitor is an Asus 23" IPS (MX239H).
Keyboard is a CM Storm TKL with Cherry Reds and WASD custom keys.
The mouse is a Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum RGB gaming mouse.

But the PC itself and the desk setup is only part of what makes this workstation so nice. Here's a shot of the whole office, complete with the record player, mounted records on the wall, and the shelf with the rest of his collection:
I love someone who loves music while they work-or while they play, and this workspace is ideal for all of the above. There are a few more photos in the gallery below, including one of a great-looking media shelf that's full of movies and other interesting tidbits, and another featuring the resident of one of the turntables...at least the one who has to get out of the way when scruffycowendale wants to use it. Trust me, they're adorable.

If you have a workspace of your own to show off, share them with us by adding it to our Lifehacker Workspace Show and Tell Flickr pool. Make sure any photos you include are at least 1280x720. Keeping them to 16:9 helps, too! Include a little text about the stuff you used, how you came up with the design, and any other relevant details. If your clever organization and good design sense catches our eye, you might be the next featured workspace!
